The current version of DIBS is 08-05-2019 containing 772 entries. The full database is available for download in two different formats: standard XML and plain text. The XML schema and the description of the plain text format are also downloadable below. Apart from the full DIBS database, XML version of each entry is also available for download through the entry's page. An XML schema for individual entries is also available below.
In addition the table below also contains links to download all PDB structures referenced in the DIBS entries as well as all modified PDB structures.
